Wendy Furness

Wendy Furness MA VetMB CertEP MBA MRCVS 

Graduating from Cambridge in 1997, Wendy started her veterinary career as an equine intern at The Animal Health Trust then as an equine vet at Scarsdale Veterinary Group progressing to be a Senior Partner of the group and Pride Veterinary Centre until 2021. During this time, she was also a Director of XLVets and completed an MBA. She is a co-founder of Animal Health Angels a group that invests in and supports early-stage business in Animal Health and is an Honorary Fellow of Nottingham University Business School working to support innovation and entrepreneurship. She is an advocate of the Investing in Women Code.
