By participating in the "Send a Chocolate" campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility

This promotion is open exclusively to current members of the British Equine Veterinary Association (BEVA).

Each member is permitted to send only one (1) chocolate bar through this campaign.

How It Works

BEVA members may choose a recipient and provide a valid postal address to send a single chocolate bar.

The campaign is available for a limited time or while supplies last.

Privacy and Data Use

All personal information (including sender and recipient names and addresses) will be used solely for the purpose of sending the chocolate bar.

We do not store or retain any personal information beyond the duration necessary to fulfil the request.

No data will be used for marketing, profiling, or shared with third parties.

Limitations

Only one submission per BEVA member is allowed. Duplicate requests will not be honoured.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any submission that does not comply with these terms or appears fraudulent or abusive.
