About our ballot process
Our practical teaching sessions are free, but space is limited and they are very popular. To make sure everyone has a fair chance, we use a ballot system for sign-ups. If you want to join, please enter the ballot below by Tuesday 2 September 2025. We will notify those who are selected on Friday 5 September 2025. If you are not selected, we will keep a waiting list and contact you if a spot opens up.

To address the high demand for these sessions and the number of no-shows in previous years, we will charge a £20 no-show fee. This fee will be billed to anyone who does not attend their assigned session and has not cancelled in advance. We understand plans can change, so we will provide clear ways for you to withdraw your place if necessary.
