Sarah Smith MA VetMB MVetMed DACVIM MRCVS RCVS Recognised Specialist in Equine Medicine (Internal Medicine) 

Sarah is an equine medicine specialist working in clinical referral practice. She has a particular interest in cardiorespiratory medicine as well as enjoying neurological cases and critical care, particularly foals. Sarah graduated from the University of Cambridge, worked in first opinion practice and undertook a residency at the Royal Veterinary College. She previously worked as a medicine specialist in private practice and at Langford Vets, the University of Bristol. She works at B&W Equine Hospital, Gloucestershire as well as Western Counties Equine Hospital, Devon. Sarah was a BEVA Council member from 2017-2023 and is part of the BEVA Leg-Up programme.
