Malcolm Morley BVSc MRCVS  

Malcolm is an equine veterinary surgeon and currently Director of UK for World Horse Welfare, overseeing the charity’s work in equine rescue, rehabilitation, policy influence, and responsible horse ownership. He previously served as Clinical Director at Stable Close Equine Practice. As President of the British Veterinary Association (BVA), Malcolm's presidential theme, 'Investing in People,' championed workplace culture, equality, diversity, inclusion, and human behaviour change as key elements for improving veterinary retention, wellbeing, and ultimately animal welfare.
