Bee Yean Ng Senior Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacist 

Bee Yean Ng is a Senior Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) Pharmacist and a proud Antibiotic Guardian. She is dedicated to advancing antimicrobial stewardship in the UK and globally to tackle the growing challenge of antimicrobial resistance (AMR). With over a decade of NHS experience, Bee has led multidisciplinary AMS initiatives and contributed to the implementation of strategic stewardship programmes. Her global AMS contributions include leading and supporting AMS capacity-building in Uganda and Kenya via the Commonwealth Partnerships for AMS (CwPAMS) programme. Bee champions evidence-based interventions, cross-sector collaboration, and alignment with the UK’s National Action Plan on AMR. She is passionate about promoting responsible antibiotic use and strengthening stewardship across human health and the wider One Health landscape.
