Duggan Veterinary Group to Showcase Two Major Product Launches at BEVA Congress 2026

Duggan Veterinary Group will bring its biggest-ever stand to this year's BEVA Congress, with the unveiling of two significant additions to its equine portfolio: Cubarmix Equi and Eq ANO, an advanced tapeworm detection test for the OvaCyte analyser.

This year's expanded presence reflects the company's growing focus on equine health, and gives visiting vets the chance to see both launches, speak directly with the Duggan team, and get hands-on with the technology behind them.

Cubarmix Equi

Cubarmix Equi is a new addition to Duggan Veterinary Group's equine range, offering vets a vanilla flavoured sulfadiazine/trimethroprim in granule formulation. Cubarmix Equi benefits from a high concentration (sulfadiazine 400mg / Trimethroprim 80mg) resulting in a lower dose volume for the horse.

Eq ANO — Advanced Tapeworm Detection

Also launching on the stand is Eq ANO, a new diagnostic capability for the OvaCyte analyser designed to address one of the most persistent blind spots in equine parasite control: tapeworm.

Tapeworm (Anoplocephala perfoliata) is one of the most important equine parasites and has been associated with ileocaecal disease, spasmodic colic and ileal impaction. Diagnosis can be challenging because tapeworm eggs are shed intermittently and are often present in very low numbers, limiting the sensitivity of conventional faecal sedimentation techniques.

Ovacyte EqAno combines filtration, concentration and automated image analysis to improve egg recovery. This provides practices with a faster, standardised test with improved accuracy in detecting low burden infections
