These gentle, guided sessions are designed to help you stretch, breathe and unwind during a busy Congress schedule, offering a calm and welcoming space to start or finish your day feeling grounded and refreshed

Everything you need to know!

  • There are three Mindful Morning Yoga sessions, designed to gently start the day with stretching and breathing exercises

  • There are two Slow Wind‑Down Yoga sessions, offering a calm way to relax after a full day at Congress

  • Sessions are open to everyone, regardless of experience level

  • Pre‑booking with BEVA is required for yoga sessions and places are limited

  • Please arrive a few minutes early to allow sessions to start on time

  • Wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement

  • Sessions take place indoors within the ICC

  • Yoga is part of the wider wellbeing programme at BEVA Congress, alongside RunBEVA, guided meditation and quiet spaces
