Biography
Phil Cramp BSc(Hons) BVM&S MS DipECVS DACVS MRCVS
Phil graduated from the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies, Edinburgh, in 2005 and went on to do an internship at the Equine Medical Center of Ocala, Florida and then an equine surgical residency at Michigan State University. He is a Diplomate of the American and European Colleges of Veterinary Surgeons and is an American, European and RCVS Specialist in Equine Surgery. He has worked at Oaklands Equine Hospital and Rainbow Equine Hospital and is currently a director at Hambleton Equine Clinic, which he set up with two other directors in 2012. He is interested in all aspects of equine surgery, especially upper airway surgery and orthopaedics. He currently sits on the BHA Veterinary Committee, BEVA Council and is a BEVA Trustee.

Andi Davison, LVT, CAPP, APPC
As a Positive Change Agent with Flourish Veterinary Consulting, Andi brings with her over 20 years of experience from all facets of the profession. She has had the
opportunity to be a part of the nursing, management, and leadership teams surrounding:
Mixed animal ambulatory practice/ownership
Large animal emergency/after hours
Referral level equine/large animal medicine and surgery
Small animal private practice
Andi is a Licensed Veterinary Technician and holds advanced education in both Applied Positive Psychology and Positive Psychology Coaching. To further support the profession that she loves, Andi recently earned her graduate certificate in conflict management and positive communication from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. This supports her firm belief that veterinary professionals can thrive in their work and she is dedicated to being a part of their success.
Fun Fact: Andi is part of a veterinary family and her husband is DVM. She is also a 'horse girl' that loves three day eventing with her off the track thoroughbred, Boston, in Ocala Florida.

Charlotte Dawson BVetMed MVetMed PGCertVetEd FHEA DipECVO MRCVS
Charlotte graduated from the Royal Veterinary College, London (RVC) in 2009, and after a year in general small animal practice she went on to complete two rotating internships. The first at a private referral practice and the second at the RVC. Having also undertaken specialist training in the RVC's Ophthalmology Service, she is now Senior Lecturer in Veterinary Ophthalmology. She has a wide clinical research interest and enjoys all aspects of veterinary ophthalmology clinical work. She is also chair of the RVC's clinical governance committee, where she oversees all aspects of clinical quality improvement. She speaks within the RVC and externally on topics related to clinical governance, but is particularly fascinated about human factors and cognitive bias.

Jean-Marie

Jean-Marie Denoix DVM PhD Founder ISELP LAIA-ECVDI DACVSMR DECVSMR
Jean-Marie works at the CIRALE (Center of Imaging and Research on Equine Locomotor Affections) in Normandy, France and has a special interest in equine musculoskeletal system anatomy and biomechanics, and diagnosis and rehabilitation of equine lameness. He founded ISELP in 2006. Author of 4 books, Jean-Marie has been a speaker at many international meetings in more than 30 countries around the world. He has been invited to present the John Hickman Plenary Lecture at BEVA Congress and the State of the Art lecture (Milne Lecture) at the AAEP convention in 2021. He has set up a rehabilitation unit at CIRALE where residents of the American and European Colleges of Veterinary Sport Medicine and Rehabilitation are trained. In his spare time, he likes training racing Standardbred trotters.

Jonathon Dixon BVetMed MVetMed DipECVDI MRCVS
Jonathon qualified from the Royal Veterinary College in 2011 and joined Rainbow Equine Hospital as an intern for 18 months. Shortly following this he developed interests in advanced imaging, namely CT and MRI. Jonathon then completed a three-year senior clinical training scholarship at the RVC in large animal diagnostic imaging before returning to Rainbow to head the diagnostic imaging services. In 2017 he became a board-certified European Specialist in Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging, and the following year an RCVS specialist in large animal diagnostic imaging. In 2022 he became a clinical director at Rainbow Equine Hospital, where he continues to develop specific interests including head and cervical spine imaging with particular relevance to CT, and distal limb comparative imaging.
