Be a Student Steward
Help us at BEVA Congress 2023 for behind the scene access.

As a student steward you will take part in a wide variety of tasks including:

helping exhibitors during the exhibition build and breakdown

welcome everyone to Congress, assisting with registration
-
help run the lecture halls
-
get involved in the social events
All Student Stewards must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate veterinary degree and be a BEVA member.
You need to be available from Tuesday 12 September to Saturday 16 September and be willing to travel to Birmingham, UK.
As a Student Steward we will:

pay for all of your accommodation whilst you are with us. You will be put in accommodation with the other student stewards (which is handy for nights out!)

cover your travel expenses (if you are travelling from overseas please ask us about our travel limits)

provide you with a Welcome Reception and Annual Dinner and Dance ticket free of charge
