Shona Bloodworth
Shona Bloodworth BSc MSc PhDÂ Â
Shona earned a BSc in Physiological Science from the University of Bristol in 2018, where she developed an interest in population health and policy. She pursued an MSc in International Public Health at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine before completing a PhD at the University of Liverpool. Her PhD research focused on vaccine uptake in UK companion animals and the emergence of vaccine hesitancy among some dog and cat owners. Now a postdoctoral research associate, Shona is working on designing interventions to improve how horse owners and vets interpret and manage equine behaviours.Â
