What to expect when attending BEVA Congress 2021
Booking your Congress Ticket
We will require everyone attending BEVA Congress 2021 to have pre-booked. Unfortunately, this means we will not be taking registrations on the day.
We would encourage you to book your BEVA Congress 2021 ticket in advance (and take advantage of our early bird prices which end on Monday 16th August 2021).
Once you have booked Congress you may also be asked to select which sessions you plan to attend.
If you have any questions about booking Congress or attending in person please do not hesitate to contact us.
This year Congress Registration will be paperless. Ahead of the event, you will be sent a digital ticket which you will need to have ready when you arrive at the ICC.
You may also need to use this to sign in to the lecture halls.
We will provide you with more information on this closer to the event.
A Staggered Programme
You may have noticed the format of the programme has changed to ensure we can adhere to safety guidelines. The programme will feature three streams and each stream will have different start times to ensure we can avoid walkways becoming crowded.
ICC Safety Measures
The venue will provide hand sanitising stations and handwashing facilities throughout the venue, and will provide enhanced cleaning, especially in areas identified as high touch points.
There will be no cash payments taken at the ICC and BEVA. It will be card payments only.
The ICC do not accept Amex.
Safety Measures at BEVA Congress 2021
In 2021 BEVA Congress needs to be a little different.
You can expect the same event we all know and love but with a few new measures in place to ensure we can all stay safe during these uncertain times.
We have also introduced a 'peace of mind' bookings policy as we know that your personal situation may change between booking your ticket and the event.
COVID Safety Measures
BEVA will ask all event attendees to either bring a COVID pass, demonstrating a completed vaccination course, or bring evidence of a negative PCR/lateral flow test result obtained within 72 hours of arriving at the event. Tests can be ordered here
If either the risk profile or Government / Local Authority guidance changes, we will revise our entry requirements accordingly.
We ask that you do not attend in person if you are suffering from any of the following: high temperature (above 37.8 degrees), new continuous cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste and / or smell.
Face coverings will be recommended for all.
