The BEVA Presidents Welcome Reception officially opens BEVA Congress every year and is the first opportunity to catch up with colleagues worldwide. We invite you to join us at The Alchemist in Brindley Place for cocktails and food for this year's BEVA President's Welcome Reception.
The 2023 Welcome Reception has been kindly sponsored by BOVA.
Based on feedback, for the first time this year, you can choose to purchase a ticket that includes food.

Drinks Only £20
With our drinks-only ticket, you can enjoy two theatrical cocktails.
Food and Drink £34
With our food and drink ticket, you can enjoy two theatrical cocktails as well as a handmade burger and chips. Choose from a plant-based or meat option when buying your ticket:
Plant-based option: Meatless Farm® Patty, Applewood Cheese, ‘Next Level’ Burger Sauce
Meat option: Short Rib & Chuck Beef Patty, American Cheese, ‘Next Level’ Burger Sauce
You can purchase your Welcome Reception tickets when you buy your BEVA Congress, or if you have already purchased your BEVA Congress ticket you can go back and purchase a social ticket by selecting 'social event guest only'.
