Frequently asked questions

Do I need to download or install any software before attending BEVA Congress 2021 virtually?

No. You will not be required to download or install any software in order to participate. All you will need is a reliable Internet connection on your computer or device.

Do I need to be online all day?

To really get the best from your Congress 2021 experience, we would recommend setting aside these dates in your calendar as you would if attending the face to face event! However we understand your schedule may not allow you to always be online. The virtual programme will be made up of pre-recorded and live sessions allowing you to pop in and out of the conference programme as need. We will also be making all of the lectures available to you free of charge for six weeks following BEVA Congress 2021.

Will I be able to see and talk to exhibitors?

Yes. You will have access to our virtual exhibition space so that you can browse exhibitor information and arrange to chat to our exhibitors either via message or video calls. There will be links, videos and documents about their latest products, services and offers that you can browse. We'd encourage you to go and take a look once you have received your log in.

How do I access Congress virtually

All attendees to BEVA Congress 2021 will receive access to our virtual Congress hub. The hub is hosted online so you will just need a good internet connection to join. You will receive log in and joining instructions via email ahead of the event. If you have any questions in the meantime you can contact us by email at events@beva.org.uk.
